Raising their voices for change

Shawn Alavi-Moghaddan and Mayur Prajapati at the Capitol, Washington, DC Eight Ventura County teens were among the youth rallying on Capitol Hill on July 15, 2009 to bring awareness around the issues of underage drinking, in support of the 21 drinking age, and other youth health and safety issues.
