Prescription stimulant drugs are being abused by teens, the New York Times reports. Such drugs as Adderall, Vyvanse and Focalin are injected by young people seeking focus and energy to “improve” their brain function, and, supposedly, improve their schoolwork. These drugs are highly addictive, and, if a young person is caught selling or even giving away a pill of this kind, there can be a felony arrest.
